Between 1986 and 1993, he served as an executive in various public institutions, including İ.B.B., Boğaziçi Zoning Directorate, Presidential Private Secretariat and Protocol, and Economic Inspection Board Directorates. From 1993 to 1998, he worked in the insurance sector. Subsequently, he practiced as an independent lawyer and became one of the first mediators with registration number 408 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey in 2013. Currently, he is engaged in Sports Arbitration, Mediation, and predominantly Commercial Independent Law Practice, and they provide mediation specialization training as part of the teaching staff at many universities.
